Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Organic Chamomile
  • 1 tsp Organic St. John's Wort
  • 1 tsp Organic Skullcap
  • 1 tsp Organic Catnip
  • 1 tsp Lemon Balm

Instructions
 

  • Heat filtered water in a tea kettle. Add the herbs to a teapot, pour over hot water, and allow to steep for 10-15 minutes.

Notes

(Optional) 1 tsp. Organic Valerian root can be added to this blend at night to aid in restful sleep.
